The SM5X series is diagonal disc piston motor with built—in mechanical brake, buffer relief valve and oil supply valve, which integrates the arrangement of rotating parts, mechanical brake parts and auxiliary functional valves. The mounting flange is directly connected to the reducer gear ring. High—voltage compactness transformation improves output power. It can be used in rotary occasions such as the excavator and rotary drilling rig.

This pair of MCR5 Hydraulic Motors (from a Bobcat S250) came to the Atlas Hydraulic Repair Centre after one of them failed on the job. The challenge for our Technicians is to breathe new life into worn-out hydraulic units and get them job ready- within the time it would take to replace them with brand new units. As you can see from the photos, the result is two as-new MCR5 Hydraulic Motors ready to be re-installed and back to work. These motors will do the same job as completely new motors, at around half the price of replacement and come with our standard warranty. -
